State CSO Fired for Talking Openly at RSA

I think the content of the presentation is being overblown as the reason for his dismissla. As noted in the story the state CIO had put a lockdown on public discussion of cyber-security in general. by appearing at RSA Maley broke with that directive, and thus paid the price...
