The government's incompetence in this arena is exemplified by Obama's appointment of Howard Schmidt (a sort of 'motivational speaker') as Cybersecurity Coordinator -- without a background check or a Congressional confirmation hearing.
America's newest 'Czar' is giving his client, Carnegie Mellon CyLab, a pass on the cover-up of resume fraud, securities fraud, and hedge fund fraud by CyLab's founder ... making Schmidt an accessory-after-the-fact to felony theft by deception.
IBM, Microsoft, NASA, and others HAVE WITHDRAWN FROM CYLAB after investigating the same SEC and DOJ evidence that Schmidt ignores.
CyLab membership has plunged from 52 to 24.
It would be 25, but just last week a world-famous financial institution withdrew -- following an investigaton by its General Counsel of the whistle-blow that is online at:
